We, the living people of Washington are calling all eligible Americans to assemble. We are assembling peacefully and without resentment or bitterness, by exercising our unincorporated powers and capacities.
Remember studying the Civil War? Do you recall the “Reconstruction” afterward? The Reconstruction that never happened. Why? Because spiteful men in Parliament, traitors and fools in Washington, DC chose not to finish the job that they were morally, lawfully and legally mandated to get done. Britain and France gained influence and pulled off scams against America that made European freeloaders rich at our expense and entangled America, their own countries, and most of the rest of the world in endless wars for profit. Who is at the bottom of this pile? Bankers. Bankers influence and pay off politicians. Politicians influence the military and before you know it, we have non-stop greed causing endless wars. The Assemblies’ mission is to peacefully finish the Reconstruction that began in 1865.
The Washington Assembly not only provides the necessary education to understand the situation, we provide a simple paperwork process to correct your status. Once you claim your corrected status as a American State National, you live and breathe on the land and soil and regain your unalienable rights outlined in our founding documents, and can participate in self-governing, which is what our system requires.
Your Right to Change Your Political Status
According to an International Treaty ratified by the United States Senate in 1992, you are guaranteed the right to change your political status (and that your political status is self-declared).
Article 1, Part 1 of the Treaty states:
"All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social, and cultural development."
The United States Senate ratified the treaty in 1992.

American Men and Women are entitled to a fair hearing by a Jury of their peers. American Common Law Courts are under the purview of the Land Jurisdiction and the Public Law.
These courts and their officers are populated by the people of the General Assembly who then participate in the Jural Assembly. We, as Washington State Nationals, volunteer to be jurors to provide the people of our community with this Right.
When people decide to step up and serve their communities, and take the steps needed to qualify, and then declare themselves as Washington State Citizens, they automatically populate the Jural Assembly Jury pool.
